การประเมินมูลค่าผลผลิตประมงและผลผลิตจากป่าที่ไม่ใช่เนื้อไม้จากป่าบุ่งป่าทาม พื้นที่ลุ่มน้้าสงครามตอนล่าง จ.นครพนม

Abstract

การประเมินมูลค่าผลผลิตประมงและผลผลิตจากป่าที่ไม่ใช่เนื้อไม้ของป่าบุ่งป่าทามในพื้นที่ลุ่มแม่น้้าสงครามตอนล่าง จ.นครพนม โดยใช้วิธีการประเมินราคาตลาด และการวิจัยเชิงส้ารวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ มีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบก้าหนดโควตา ร้อยละ 20 ของจ้านวนครัวเรือนของแต่ละหมู่บ้าน รวม 10 หมู่บ้าน จ้านวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 261 ในพื้นที่อ้าเภอศรีสงคราม จ.นครพนม การศึกษามูลค่าของผลผลิตจากป่าที่ไม่ใช่เนื้อไม้จากป่าบุ่งป่าทาม จะแบ่งเป็น 7 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ พืชอาหาร เห็ด หน่อไม้ ไม้ฟืน พืชที่เป็นอาหารสัตว์ แมลงกินได้ และไข่มดแดง ยกเว้นพืชสมุนไพร และมูลค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ทางตรงของผลผลิตประมง จากการประมงพื้นบ้านเท่านั้น จากผลการศึกษาพบว่ามูลค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ทางตรงของผลผลิตประมงและผลผลิตจากป่าที่ไม่ใช่เนื้อไม้ของป่าบุ่งป่าทามในพื้นที่ลุ่มแม่น้้าสงครามตอนล่าง จ.นครพนมจาก 261 ครัวเรือนมีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 10,023,276 บาท/ปี คิดเป็นมูลค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 38,403 บาท/ครัวเรือน/ปี ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความส้าคัญของป่าบุ่งป่าทามที่มีต่อการด้ารงชีวิตของชุมชน.

The objective of this work was to estimate the direct use value of fishery and non timber forest products from seasonally flooded forest in the Lower Songkhram River Basin, Nakhon Phanom by the market price method. A questionnaire was used to collect data by interviewing the respondents who were randomly selected from local villages in the studied area. The sample size was calculated by quota sampling method at 20 percent of households in each village. Total sample size was 261 selected from 10 villages in Sri Songkhram District, Nakhon Phanom. Value of non timber forest products from seasonally flooded forest in the Lower Songkhram River Basin, Nakhon Phanom was comprised of 7 groups as follows: wild vegetable plants, edible mushrooms, bamboo shoots, firewood, fodder, edible insects and ant eggs, except for medicinal plants as the utilized volume are relatively small. In addition, the value of fishery products was also studied. The results found that total value of fishery and non timber forest products of seasonally flooded forest in the Songkhram River Basin, Nakhon Phanom for 261 households was thus equal to 10,023,276 baht/year, or in average of 38,403 baht/household/year. These results are clearly show how important seasonally flooded forest to the local people’s livelihood.
