ประสบการณ์ของคณาจารย์ผู้สอนและความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนรู้ในชั่วโมง Teaching Film ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาว่าความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนรู้ในชั่วโมง Teaching Film ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสบการณ์ของคณาจารย์ผู้สอนหรือไม่ วิธีการวิจัย: นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 ภาควิชารังสีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิตล ประจำปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 133 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 16 กลุ่มๆ ละ 8-10 คนในการเรียนชั่วโมง Teaching Film ตอบแบบสอบถามหลังจากจบการเรียนการสอนของแต่ละกลุ่ม โดยมีคณาจารย์ของภาควิชารังสี่วิทยา รวม 20 คน ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์การสอนตั้งแต่ 1-10 ปี ทำการสอนกลุ่มละ 1 คน นำผลการตอบแบบสอบถาม และตัวเลขมาคำนวณหาค่าทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัย: นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนรู้ในชั่วโมง Teaching Film อยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ในทุกหัวข้อการประเมิน (ค่าเฉลี่ย 45-5.0) คณาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอน 16-20 ปี ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพคใจเต็ม (5.0) ในหัวข้อการให้โอกาสนักศึกษาแสดงความคิดเห็น และวาจาสุภาพ ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ 4.5 (ซึ่งยังคงอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด) จากหัวข้อการบอกแหล่งข้อมูลที่ค้นคว้าเพิ่มเดิม ความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนรู้ในชั่วโมง Teaching Film ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสบการณ์การสอนของคณาจารย์ (P = 0.36-0.79) ข้อสรุป: นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจด้านการเรียนรู้ในชั่วโมง Teaching Film ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจดังกล่าวไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสบการณ์การสอนของคณาจารย์ ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปพัฒนาการจัตระบบการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาแพทย์ของภาควิชารังสีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ให้มีความเหมาะสมและไต้ผลตียิ่งขึ้น

Objectives: To study whether the fourth-year medical students' satisfaction in Teaching Film hours correlates with the faculty's experience. Material and Method: A total of 133 fourth-year medical students of the academic year 2009 were recruited into this study and divided into 16 groups, each group consisting of 8-10 persons in Teaching Film hours answered questionnaires after having finished the class. There were 20 faculty members, with the teaching experience of 1-18 years, who alternately taught in each group. The data from questionnaires regarding the correlation between students' satisfaction and faculties' experience were analyzed statistically by STATA 11.0. Results: The satisfaction in Teaching Film hours of the fourth-year medical students in all headings was in the highest level (mean score 4.5-5.0). The faculty members who had teaching experience 16-20 years received full mean score (5.0) in the heading regarding polite conversation and students' expression and opinion. The lowest mean score (4.5) still fell in the highest level of satisfaction, which was derived from the heading regarding suggesting additional sources of information. The satisfaction concerning Teaching Film hours of the fourth-year medical students did not correlate with the faculty's teaching experience (P=0.36-0.79). Conclusion: The fourth-year medical students were found to have highest level of satisfaction in acquiring knowledge in Teaching Film hours. Such satisfaction did not correlate with faculty's teaching experience. The results of this study can be used to improve the curriculum of the medical students in Department of Radiology, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in the future.
