Abstract
© 2018 Author(s). Science learning management aims to analyze the development strategies for science learning management to transition in the 21stCentury of Thailand 4.0. Is qualitative study employed review of documentary, questionnaire both to the participatory action learning with the teachers intwenty-five Secondary education area offices in the basic education of Thailand. The participants were cluster sampling random of each 150 persons. Data analysis includes data reduction, data organization, data interpretation to conclusion. The main of this study were to a creating innovation, links and access to technology as well as to the changes. It is very important for needs to be learning management for effective of science subject in the educational. Led to the plan to driven for the science learning management were a success in the 21stcentury, spanning strategy were converted of practical the steps throughinstitutional research and development to solve problems in changing identity, reorientation, paradigm shifted, transformation of cultural to propel the country for first world Nation in the elements were "6R12C3E".
