dc.description.abstract© 2020 ACM. This study aims to explore the motivational variables affecting knowledge sharing behaviours in co-working spaces, employing a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews. The interviewees consist of personnel management at nine co-working spaces in Thailand. The results of this study identify intrinsic motivational factors such as interests, altruism and job autonomy and extrinsic motivational factors such as career opportunities, networking and rewards through knowledge sharing behaviours in co-working spaces. The results of this study provide a guideline for future research to develop questionnaires and a knowledge-sharing system to be tested on users of co-working spaces.en_US
