การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของการใช้ภาพนิ่งหลายภาพแบบคลิก แสดงผลทีละขั้นกับการใช้ภาพเคลื่อนไหวเป็นสื่อประกอบการสอนการใช้งาน โปรแกรมประยุกต์ (Flash) สำหรับนักศึกษาที่มีความพิการทางการได้ยินระดับ ปริญญาตรี: การศึกษากลุ่มเล็ก

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของสื่อการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์สองรูปแบบคือ แบบภาพนิ่งหลายภาพที่คลิกแสดงผลทีละขั้น (SSG)กับแบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว(AG) ที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้การใช้งานโปรแกรมประยุกต์ (กรณีศึกษา: เครื่องมือในกล่องเครื่องมือของโปรแกรม Flash) ในด้านการช่วยทำความเข้าใจ(ลดภาระการเรียนรู้) และในด้านการช่วยจำ(การคงอยู่ของความรู้) แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความพิการทางการได้ยิน โดยทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาดเล็ก ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มหนึ่งเรียนด้วยสื่อ SSG อีกกลุ่มหนึ่งเรียนด้วยสื่อ AG วัดผลของสื่อด้านการช่วยทำความเข้าใจด้วยการสอบวัดความรู้หลังเรียนด้วยข้อสอบร่วมกับการสอบปฏิบัติ พร้อมทั้งสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อสื่อทั้งสองแบบเทียบกัน วัดผลของสื่อด้านการช่วยจำด้วยการสอบซ้ำหลังเรียน 1 เดือน แล้วเปรียบเทียบคะแนนสอบซ้ำกับคะแนนสอบหลังเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในด้านการช่วยทำความเข้าใจ สื่อ AG มีส่วนช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเรียนรู้ได้ดีกว่าสื่อ SSG ในกรณีสอนใช้เครื่องมือที่มีลักษณะการใช้งานแบบต่อเนื่อง เช่น การวาดรูปด้วยดินสอ และปากกาส่วนกรณีเครื่องมือที่มีการใช้งานเป็นแบบลำดับขั้นตอนเช่น เครื่องมือเทสี สื่อการสอนแบบ SSG ให้ผลดีกว่า สอดคล้องกับการแสดงความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสื่อทั้งสองแบบ สำหรับผลของสื่อด้านการช่วยจำ สื่อ AG มีแนวโน้มช่วยการจดจำความรู้ได้ดีกว่าสื่อแบบ SSG ในกรณีเรียนรู้เครื่องมือที่ต้องอาศัยความต่อเนื่องในการแสดงการทำงาน ส่วนกรณีเครื่องมือที่ต้องเรียนรู้แบบเป็นลำดับขั้นตอน สื่อการสอนทั้งสองแบบให้ผลไม่ต่างกัน

This study is a comparative study on the effectiveness between two types of instructional computer media, the Step by Step Multiple Static Graphics(SSG) and the Animated Graphics (AG), for teaching undergraduate deaf students an application program(Flash). The study was performed only on some tools in tool box including pencil, pen, and paint bucket tool. Pencil and pen are kind of continuous operation tool while the latter is quite a step by step operation tool. It is a pilot study on small two groups of deaf students, one as a SSG group and the other as an AG group. The effectiveness of the two media as learning aid was compared in two issues including understanding and memorizing. As an understanding aid, posttest score,practice score and opinion of students were used in assessment while as a memorizing aid, the posttest and retest scores were used. The result obtained indicates that AG media works better as an understanding aid on the continuous operation tools while SSG media tends to work better on step by step tool. This result also conforms to students’ opinion. As a memorizing aid, AG media work better on the continuous operation tools. In case of step by step tool the effectiveness of the two media is not different.
