dc.description.abstract© 2019 Turkish Neurosurgical Society. AIM: To investigate the relationship between the deformity correction and subsequent alterations in spinopelvic parameters after surgical correction in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis patients. MATERIAL and METHODS: About 100 adult patients were recruited in the study. The eligible cases received surgical treatment from 2003 to 2013 at Ramathibodi Hospital. RESULTS: No significant change was observed in any of the spinopelvic parameters after correction of slip degree following surgery in the transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion group. CONCLUSION: Lumbar spinal fusion procedures cause significant changes in spinopelvic parameters and are efficient in correcting the height of disc in the transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion group.en_US
