ปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศ การจัดการปัญหา และความต้องการความช่วยเหลือของสตรีที่เป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกหลังได้รับการรักษาและคู่สมรส

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศ การจัดการ ปัญหา และความต้องการความช่วยเหลือของสตรีที่เป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกหลังได้รับการรักษาและ คู่สมรส กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีที่เป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกหลังได้รับการรักษา ที่มาตรวจตามนัด ณ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ ได้สตรีจำนวน 100 คน และคู่สมรส จำนวน 60 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดตอบแบบสอบถามปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศ การจัดการปัญหา และความต้องการความช่วยเหลือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างสตรีที่เป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกหลังได้รับการรักษามีปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศด้าน ร่างกายและด้านจิตใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านสังคมและสิทธิทางเพศอยู่ในระดับน้อย และ ด้านสัมพันธภาพและความรักพบว่าไม่มีปัญหา ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างคู่สมรสรับรู้ปัญหาสุขภาพทาง เพศของสตรีด้านร่างกายและด้านจิตใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านสังคมและสิทธิทางเพศ และ ด้านสัมพันธภาพและความรักอยู่ในระดับน้อย กลุ่มตัวอย่างสตรีและคู่สมรสส่วนมากไม่ได้จัดการ ปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศเพราะไม่รู้วิธีการจัดการปัญหา กลุ่มตัวอย่างสตรีและคู่สมรสส่วนหนึ่งมี การจัดการปัญหาสุขภาพทางเพศโดยการจัดการด้วยตนเองและได้รับคำแนะนำจากเจ้าหน้าที่ ทีมสุขภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากคู่สมรสและเจ้าหน้าที่ ทีมสุขภาพ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้พยาบาลเกิดความเข้าใจในปัญหาและความต้องการที่แท้จริง ของสตรีและคู่สมรส สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปวางแผนการดูแลรักษาพยาบาลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อนำไปสู่การดำรงชีวิตตามปกติ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของสตรีที่เป็นมะเร็งปากมดลูกและคู่สมรส

This descriptive research was aimed to explore the sexual health problems, management, and assisted needs of women with cervical cancer after treatment, and their spouses. The samples were selected by purposive sampling which consisted of 100 cases of women with cervical cancer after treatment who came to follow up at Ramathibodi Hospital and 60 cases of their spouses. All participants answered questionnaires on sexual health problems, management, and assisted needs. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics. The results showed that women with cervical cancer after treatment had sexual health problems such as physical and psychological dimensious at a medium level; problems with social and sexual rights at a low level, whilst they had no problems with relationships and love. In contrast, the selected spouses perceived their partners' sexual health problems related to both physical and psychological dimensions at a medium level, whilst the social and sexual rights as well as the relationships and love were at a low level. Most women and their spouses did not know how to manage their sexual health problems. Whilst some women and their spouses had managed by ways of self-management with advice from the healthcare providers, the majority still needed the assistance from their spouses and healthcare providers. The results of this study will provide nurses with a better understanding of the problems and needs of the women and their spouses in order to plan effective nursing care that will lead to a better quality of life for the women with cervical cancer and their spouses.
