ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจเบื้องต้นในการปรับปรุง ระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ (มูเดิล) สำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจเบื้องต้น ของระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ (มูเดิล) ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีที่ปรับปรุงขึ้นใหม่ พร้อมทั้งขอชื่อเว็บไซต์ย่อยชื่อใหม่เพื่อความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ (มูเดิล) ที่ปรับปรุงใหม่ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบ่งแบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ การตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นตามความสมัครใจโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เป็นนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 3 เรียนรายวิชา RAID 303 บทนำทางเวชศาสตร์คลินิก ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 80 คน หลังจากนั้นนำแบบสอบถามที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติมาหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยรวมทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับระบบการเรียนการรู้ (มูเดิล) ที่ปรับปรุงขึ้นใหม่นี้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) รวม = 3.69 อยู่ในระดับที่มาก สำหรับผลการศึกษาที่ออกมาจะเป็นแนวทางที่ดีในการมุ่งสู่การพัฒนาการใช้ระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจที่ดีให้กับนักศึกษาแพทย์ที่เป็นผู้ใช้งานต่อไป

The objective of this paper is to study fundamental satisfaction of Learning Management System (Moodle) of medical students of Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital that initiates to improve its system as well as a new name of sub-domain website in order to facilitate the assessment of a new Learning Management System (Moodle). This study is a survey study which provides questionnaires that divided into 5 levels. The answers of the survey are relied on respondents, which specifically are 80 students of third year medical students who enrolled for RAID 303 (Introduction to Clinical Medicine) subject of 2014 academic year. Furthermore, the statistics will be used in terms of finding mean and standard deviation. The result found that mean of the overall satisfaction assessment about a new Learning Management System (Moodle) is 3.69 that is in height level. This study rest in moving toward the development of Learning Management System (Moodle) to offer a great satisfaction to medical students as users.
