Four cases of mycetoma, caused by different causative organisms, revealed similar roentgenographic manifestations including extensive swelling of the soft tissue, honeycomb appearance of bones with cortical erosion, medullary sclerosis and shaggy periosteal reaction but sequestrum formation was rare. These roentgenologic changes are characteristic of mycetoma.en_US
