R optimization for differentiation of RSV subgroup A (RT-PCR-1) and RSV subgroup B (RT-PCR-2) were developed. Various conditions of RT-PCR-1 and RT-PCR-2 were summarized. These methods are highly specific and sensitive to differentiate RSV subgroup A and RSV subgroup B from the other respiratory viruses.en_US
