dc.description.abstractWe revisited the crystal structure of α-Cu2V2O7. An absolute structure determination have been performed. Ten pieces of crystals were randomly selected from a single large crystal. Inclusion of inversion domain was evaluated by estimating the Flack parameter. All the measured crystals have zero Flack parameters within the standard uncertainty. Relative intensity Ið14 2 2Þ=Ið14 2 2 Þ on the bulk Bridgman-grown centimeter-sized crystal shows uniform values confirming the single polar domain nature of α-Cu2V2O7en_US
