Sixty five cases of Hirschsprung's disease were operated on. Incidence investigations, operative procedures, complications of various methods and result of treatment are analysed. Three operative techniques (Duhamel's, State Rehbein's and Swenson's) were performed routinely with preference for Duhamel's procedure. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed.
