พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง บรรยากาศองค์การและวัฒนธรรมองค์การกับพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ตามพระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ พ.ศ. 2528 เก็บข้อมูลจากพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 210 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นเอง เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 -15 กรกฎาคม 2558 นำมาวิเคราะห์ได้ 191 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ เพื่อหาตัวแปรพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง การรับรู้บรรยากาศองค์การและวัฒนธรรมองค์การอยู่ในระดับดี ความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรม พบว่า อายุ ระยะ เวลาการปฏิบัติงาน บรรยากาศองค์การและวัฒนธรรมองค์การโดยรวมและรายด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) และปัจจัยอายุ บรรยากาศองค์การ และวัฒนธรรมองค์การเป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรม จากผลการศึกษาจึงควรเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การเพื่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมที่ดีโดยเฉพาะบรรยากาศองค์การด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมด้านความเมตตากรุณา

This research was a survey study with two objectives to study the relationship between organization climate and culture, and to evaluate the ethical behavior of the nursing professionals according to the Professional Nursing and Midwifery Act, B.E. 2528. Data was collected from 210 nursing professionals in a tertiary hospital using a questionnaire between 1st – 15th of July 2015. Only 191 questionnaires, accounting for 90.95%, were returned. Data was analyzed and presented in percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research found that the ethical behavior of the nursing professionals was rated at a very high level. The awareness of organization climate and culture was rated high level and the relationship of the ethical behavior of the nursing professionals, overall and each point to age, time of work, organization climate and culture were all positive at p < 0.05 statistical level of significance. Factors of age, organization climate and culture were the variables that forecasted the ethical behavior. The results showed that there should be enhancement of organization climate and culture in order to create good ethical behavior especially, the organization climate in the standard of work, along with adjustments in the kindliness of the ethical behavior.
