ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเรียกร้องสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทประกันชีวิตแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติ ตามหลักเกณฑ์การเรียกร้องสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทประกันชีวิตแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในส่วนงานสินไหมของบริษัทประกันชีวิตแห่งหนึ่ง มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 73 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนจำนวน 61 ชุด คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 83.56 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยสถิติ t-test และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ Simple regression ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คุณลักษณะประชากร เพศ อายุ ตำแหน่งงาน ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเรียกร้องสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ p < 0.01 ในที่นี้ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่คือ การปฎิบัติหน้าที่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้มากกว่าร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไปและยังพบว่า เจตคติต่องานอาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การ เรียกร้องสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพ ร้อยละ 32.4 (Beta = 0.324) การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรมีการศึกษาเรื่องความครบถ้วนของการให้ข้อมูลสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพแก่ผู้เอาประกันภัย ควรมีการประเมินผลเจตคติต่อการประกันชีวิตของผู้เอา ประกันภัย และศึกษาเรื่องความพึงพอใจของผู้เอาประกันภัยต่อการเรียกร้องสินไหมทดแทนสุขภาพ

This study was a survey research with the objective of finding staff’s effectiveness according to the health guidelines claims of a life insurance company in Bangkok. There were 73 questionnaires distributed to the life insurance company staff, and 61 were completed (83.56%). The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, testing the difference in mean of one-sample test and testing relationship with simple regression. The study found the following population characteristics: sex, age, job position, education, and experience on the job which affected the staff’s effectiveness according to the health guidelines claims with a statistical significance (p < 0.01). The effectiveness level of a life insurance company staff was at an acceptable performance of more than 80%. In addition, this study found that attitude on life insurance profession was statistically significantly correlated with staff’s effectiveness at 32.4% (Beta = 0.324). It is recommended that a study on giving complete information for the insured persons, an evaluation of insured person’s attitude toward life insurance, and a study on the insured person’s satisfaction of health insurance claims should be conducted.
