A tuberculous abscess of the liver with duodenal fistula in the absence of active pulmonary disease is quite uncommon. We present a case of hepatic and duodenal tuberculosis in a 12 year old boy. The fistula from duodenum also caused secondary bacterial abscess in the liver. Signs and symptoms of the disease are non specific. This particular patient presented with pyrexia, abdominal distension and hepatomegaly. Certain aspects of the disease are discussed.en_US
