การศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิกต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิกต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล ใน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน จำแนกตามเพศ ชั้นปี และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยผู้วิจัยศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 273 คน มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามทัศนคติของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิกต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาแพทย์ร้อยละ 50.90 เป็นเพศหญิง ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนของทัศนคติของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิกต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิตของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล ในด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.07 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.65 และด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม เท่ากับ 4.18 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.47 และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม เท่ากับ 3.96 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.83

The purpose of the research was to study pre-clinical medical students’ attitude to the learning and teaching management of doctor of medicine program, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital on 2 aspects: teacher, and learning and teaching management. The participants were classified by gender, class level, and academic achievement. The sample consisted of 273 second and third year medical students of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University from Simple Random Sampling method. Pre-clinical medical students’ questionnaires on attitude to the learning and teaching management were collected. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 50.90% of the sample medical students were female. The total mean score of pre-clinical medical students’ attitudes to the learning and teaching management of doctor of medicine program was most appropriate (mean ± standard deviation of 4.07 ± 0.65). The mean score of pre-clinical medical students’ attitude to the teacher was most appropriate (mean ± standard deviation of 4.18 ± 0.47). The mean score of pre-clinical medical students’ attitude to the learning and teaching management was most appropriate (mean ± standard deviation of 3.96 ± 0.83).
