ความเครียดและอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างจากการทำงานของพนักงานขนส่งทรัพย์สินมีค่าของธนาคารแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย

Abstract

ความเครียดจากการทำงานส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากหลายปัจจัยที่พบในพนักงานขนส่งทรัพย์สินมีค่าของธนาคาร และอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างจากการทำงานพบว่ามีอัตราการเกิดขึ้นมากที่สุดและพบว่าเป็นแรงงานในระบบเป็นภาคเอกชน การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อต้องการศึกษาความเครียดและอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างจากการทำงานของพนักงานขนส่งทรัพย์สินมีค่าของธนาคารแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือของพนักงานขนส่งทรัพย์สินมีค่าของธนาคารแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย จำนวน 71 คน เก็บตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Inferential statistics) โดยใช้ Chi – square test ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานในการวิจัย ประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS 18 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าพนักงานส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าชุดร้อยละ 38 มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 36-45 ปี ร้อยละ 42.3 ดัชนีมวลกาย (BMI) อยู่ในระดับโรคอ้วนร้อยละ 35.2 มีการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เป็นประจำ ร้อยละ 45.1 และออกกำลังกาย นานๆครั้งไม่สม่ำเสมอ ร้อยละ 60.6 ลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานและลักษณะงานสภาพการทำงานที่มีความเสี่ยงต่ออันตราย อุบัติเหตุ และความไม่ปลอดภัย ร้อยละ 62.0 และลักษณะในการทํางานมีผลต่อการเจ็บปวดของกระดูก ข้อและกล้ามเนื้อ ร้อยละ 78.9 โดยรวมพนักงานมีความเครียดอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่าปกติ ร้อยละ 50.7 บริเวณส่วนร่างกายที่เกิดอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างจากการทำงาน คือ หลังส่วนล่าง ร้อยละ 39.4 ความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์กับอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างจากการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <0.001) ความเครียดเป็นปัจจัยที่เพิ่มความเสี่ยงสูงต่อการเกิดอาการความผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่าง ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการวางแผนหาแนวทางในการจัดการเกี่ยวกับความเครียดและส่งเสริมนโยบายในการดูแลสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับท่าทางการทำงานและลักษณะการทำงานที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้พนักงานทำงานได้อย่างมีความสุขปราศจากความเครียดและทำงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย

Most of the stress at work is caused by a number of factors found among the cash-in-transit (CIT) guards for the banks and the incidence rate of worked-related musculoskeletal disorders was found to have the highest one. These workers were from the formal sector, which worked for the private enterprise. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the stress and work-related musculoskeletal disorders among cash-in-transit (CIT) guards of a bank's branch in the northern region of Thailand. The sample of this study was 71 people who were cash-in-transit (CIT) guards of a bank's branch in the northern region of Thailand. Sampling was collected using the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analytical statistics (Inferential statistics) with the Chi-square to test the study’s hypothesis. Data were evaluated using SPSS 18 package program. The result showed that the team leader with representing 38%. The majority aged between 36-45 years representing 42.3%. Body mass index (BMI) was at obese level accounted for 35.2%, regularly drank alcohol accounted for 45.1%, and exercised infrequently and irregularly accounted for 60.6%. As for the working environment and working condition who are at risk of danger, accidents and insecurity, representing 62%, and who think work condition affects bone pain Joints and muscles, representing 78.9%. overall was found that the majority of the employees had stress at a higher level than usual, representing 50.7%. The body parts that had symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, namely the lower back accounted for 39.4%. Stress was associated with work functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system with a statistical significance of (p-value <0.001). Stress is a factor that increases the risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, strategies for managing stress should be planned and promoted. Health care policies regarding working posture and nature proper working should be applied, so that employees can work happily, stress-free and work safely.
