ความต้องการจำเป็นทางด้านสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในช่วงเวลาวิกฤติของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพื้นที่ภาคตะวันตก

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการจำเป็นด้านสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพื้นที่ภาคตะวันตก ทั้งสภาพทักษะปัจจุบัน และทักษะที่คาดหวัง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีจำนวนความต้องการจำเป็นด้านสมรรถนะดิจิทัล 25 ข้อ เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวบข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 165 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ผลรวม ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ “ที” (t-test) รวมถึงการคำนวณหาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (Modified Priority Need Index: PNI modified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นด้านสมรรถนะดิจิทัลผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพื้นที่ภาคตะวันตก สามารถจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการแก้ปัญหาด้วยเครื่องมือดิจิทัล ด้านการใช้ดิจิทัล ด้านการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงดิจิทัล และด้านการเข้าใจดิจิทัล และเมื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบสภาพทักษะที่เป็นจริง ณ ปัจจุบัน และสภาพทักษะที่คาดหวัง ด้วยค่าสถิติ “ที” พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้ดี สามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการเรียนรู้ในชีวิตวิถีถัดไป และเท่าทันต่อยุคสมัยที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอยู่ตลอดเวลา สู่การเปลี่ยนผ่านทางการศึกษาและการศึกษาบนโลกดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the digital competency needs of school administrators and physical education teachers in the Western Provinces, both authenticity and expected skills. A questionnaire containing 25 needs assessment questions was used as a data collection tool to collect 165 samples. Data analysis included sum, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test analysis, and the calculation of the Modified Priority Need Index (PNI modified). The results revealed that the digital competency needs for school administrators and physical education teachers in the western provinces of Thailand can be arranged in descending order of importance as follows: problem solving with digital tools, digital skill/ICT skill, adaptive digital Transformation, and digital literacy. When considering the comparison of the authenticity and expectation needs with “t” test, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. The findings can be used to promote the development of digital competencies for administrators and physical education teachers in order for them to perform their duties effectively. In addition, the results would allow them to adapt themselves to the Next Normal way of life and keep up with the ever-changing era towards sustainably educational transformation and digital education.
