ความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ที่มีต่อโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ

Abstract

โครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ (Routine to Research: R2R) ในคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของรองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย ให้การสนับสนุนทุนโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำซึ่งบุคลากรให้ความสนใจพัมนางานประจำ อย่างไรก็ตามจำนวนโครงการที่ขอรับทุนสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ (R2R fund) ในแต่ละปีนั้นยังไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ จำเป็นต้องให้การสนับสนุนให้เกิดการพัฒนางานและให้บุคลากรเกิดแรงผลักดันที่ทำงานวิจัยมากขึ้น การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ (R2R) และศึกษาปัญหาเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงาน และพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร โดยสำรวจความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่มีต่อโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ (R2R) ประเมินผลร่วมกับการจำนวนโครงการที่ขอทุน R2R ระหว่างปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2553 – 2559 แบ่งตามประเภทโครงการวิจัย และจำนวนตำแหน่งของบุคลากร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2553 – 2559 มีโครงการมาขอทุน R2R เฉลี่ย 25.14 โครงการ/ปี โดยในปี 2557 – 2558 มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น เป็นผลจากการจัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการวิจัย (R2R) ทำให้บุคลากรเกิดความสนใจที่จะพัฒนางานประจำมากขึ้น เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ คือ มีจำนวนโครงการ R2R เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 ต่อปี เปรียบเทียบกับค่าเฉลี่ยจำนวนโครงการ R2R ในปีงบประมาณ 2553 – 2556 (เฉลี่ย 24.00โครงการ/ปี) จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่ขอทุน R2R จำนวน 66 คน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการและขั้นตอนการขอทุน R2R อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.45 ± 0.56) ความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.58 ± 0.52) และสามารถนำผลงาน R2R ไปใช้ประโยชน์กับการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32 ± 0.70) และจากการสำรวจความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการวิจัย (R2R) จำนวน 205 คน พบว่า ในภาพรวมบุคลากรได้รับประโยชน์การจัดโครงการอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.28 ± 0.21) เกิดแรงจูงใจในการทำวิจัย R2R มากขึ้น (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.42 ± 0.12) และสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32 ± 0.23) แต่อย่างไรก็ตามควรมีการสนับสนุนให้เกิดการพัฒนางานประจำให้ต่อยอดเป็นผลงานวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่องและพัฒนาไปสู่ความก้าวหน้าในทุกสายวิชาชีพ รวมทั้งใช้ในการทุนสนับสนุนวิจัยในคณะฯ เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านการส่งเสริมงานวิจัยของคณะฯ ได้อีกทางหนึ่งต่อไป

Routine to Research Project (R2R) in the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital has been operated by the Deputy Dean for Research that supports routine to research fund personnel who are interested in developing a routine job. However, the number of projects that received R2R fund each year did not achieve the goals. It is necessary to support work development to motivate people to produce R2R project. This study aimed at evaluating the processes of R2R project and studying the problems in order to be guidelines in developing the project and developing the capabilities of the personnel. By surveying the opinions and satisfactions of the personnel toward R2R project and evaluating together with the number of the projects receiving research funds between the academic year 2010 to 2016, the numbers of project were categorized by year, type of researches and position of personnel. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average R2R project between the academic year 2010 to 2016 was 25.14 projects per year. R2R projects between the academic year 2014 to 2015 were likely to increase as a result of knowledge management research project. The personnel interested in developing routine to research and the number of R2R projects achieved the goal (increase 5 % per year) compared to projects between the academic year 2010 to 2013 (X ̅=24.00 projects per year). Sixty-six subjects who got R2R fund were highly satisfied in R2R process (X ̅)=4.45±0.56), the satisfaction service of staff was highest (X ̅ =4.58±0.52) and can be applied R2R projects into work practice (X ̅)=4.32±0.70) From the opinions and satisfaction of 205 subjects who attended knowledge management research project found that the benefits form jointing the project in overall was high (X ̅)=4.28±0.21), increased motivation to conduct research (X ̅=4.42±0.12) and can be applied knowledge for effective performance of work (X ̅)=4.32±0.23) Nevertheless, there should be support for the development of Routine to Research in Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital to continue to be research, has increased with time and development to progress in professional career path and support faculty’s research funding. The findings might lead to improve Faculty’s strategic plan for increasing research productivity.
