Abstract
© 2014 IEEE. "LFD", a mobile application implemented on android platform with the problem of slow and ineffective in searching the lost dogs which caused people to waste their time with few chances of success so, it turn out to be our inspiration to develop the LFD application on mobile to provide a faster and effective searching tool which people mainly used to search for the lost dogs. Moreover, with the problem of dog statistical record that are not up-to-date and hardly to find so, our application have proposed to develop a specialized database which used to collect any useful information about dog with this data storage people can easily access to dog information with less time wasted. We expect that the Lost and Found Dog application on mobile would have beneficial to users who either lost dog or people who want find any information about dogs and can inspired people who have the dogs to provide a good care on their beloved dogs.
