dc.description.abstract | A recombinant DNA probe, p BRK 1-14, was constructed by inserting a repetitive DNA fragment of 753 base pairs obtained from Plasmodium falciparum, isolate K1, into the EcoRI/Pst I cloning sites of p BR 322.
