Special glass beads buried subcutaneously in die male sexual organs were discovered in Bangkok, Thailand. Some cases showed secondary infection but were not reported here. Roentgenograms were taken and illustrated. Diagnostic radiologists when reading films suggestive of bullets or urethral stones should have the Tancho's Nodules in mind for differential diagnosis.
