| dc.description.abstract | กระดูก tibial หักชนิด stress fracture อันเป็นผลจากการผิดรูปของขาเนื่องจากข้อเข่าเสื่อม (osteoarthritis of the knee) นั้น พบได้ไม่บ่อยนัก การวางแผนการรักษาในผู้ป่วยกรณีนี้ค่อนข้างยาก ผู้รายงานและคณะได้ทำการรักษาผู้ป่วย จำนวน 1 คน ที่มี stress fracture ของกระดูก tibia ส่วนต้น (proximal part) ร่วมกับการมีข้อเข่าเสื่อมผู้ป่วยรายนี้มีการผิดรูปเขาเป็นชนิดข้อเข่าโก่ง (genu vara) และได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อเข่า (total knee arthroplasty, TKA) โดยใช้ long tibial stem prosthesis ได้ผลการรักษาอย่างดียิ่ง ผู้ป่วยสามารถเดินโดยไม่ต้องใช้อุปกรณ์พยุงในระยะเวลา 3 เดือน | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tibial stress fracture secondary to deformities from osteoarthritis of the knee is very rare, and management of this condition is difficult. We treated one patient who had osteoarthritis of left knee with stress fracture of the proximal tibial diaphysis. We performed total knee arthoplasty with long tibial stem component. The result is excellent; she can walk without gait aid within three months. | en_US |
