ทัศนคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ ในบริบทกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทัศนคติที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ ในบริบทของกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนากรุงเทพมหานครสู่เมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทัศนคติที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ในบริบทของกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งรายด้านและในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แปลความหมายได้ว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างในกรุงเทพมหานครเห็นด้วยว่าคุณลักษณะของเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ในบริทบของกรุงเทพมหานครสอดคล้องกับสภาพปัจจุบันของกรุงเทพมหานครปานกลาง ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนากรุงเทพมหานครสู่เมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ คือ 1) มีมาตรการส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจของกรุงเทพมหานครที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว 2) ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในครอบครัวเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของประชาชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในครอบครัว และ 3) อำนวยความสะดวกให้ประชาชนในกรุงเทพมหานครเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้ได้ง่าย เช่น จัดเตรียมรถโดยสารให้ประชาชน ใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เรียนได้มากขึ้น เช่น สื่อเชิงโต้ตอบ และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ทันสมัยเพื่อความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการสืบค้นข้อมูลที่ต้องการ

The objectives of this quantitative research were to 1) study attitude towards key features of learning cities in context of Bangkok metropolitan and 2) provide recommendations for developing Bangkok to learning city. Research data was collected using questionnaire from 400 Bangkok residents. Descriptive research design was employed to analyzed research data using mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that attitude towards key features of learning cities in context of Bangkok metropolitan was at the moderate level for each key feature and overall. This reflected that Bangkok residents agreed that key features of learning cities in context of Bangkok metropolitan aligned moderately with current situation of Bangkok metropolitan. The recommendations provided are 1) develop Bangkok economics using green economy concept 2) promote learning in family as mechanism to develop skills and knowledge of Bangkok residents and build strong family relationship and 3) facilitate the accessibility of learning centers to Bangkok residents such as providing bus for travelling to learning centers, apply the enjoyable learning media such as interactive media, and install high technology device and information technology system to help search data needed for easier and faster.
