ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดนนทบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดนนทบุรี วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาได้แก่ 1) การจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุของประเทศไทย ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านความมั่นคงในชีวิต ด้านการศึกษา ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม 2) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย การสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์ การสนับสนุนด้านแรงงาน สิ่งของเงินทองและบริการ และการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และ 3) คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย คุณภาพชีวิตด้านร่างกาย คุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจ คณภาพชีวิตด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่มีชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านและพักอาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 478 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคุณเพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดนนทบุรี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุของจังหวัดนนทบุรีในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดนนทบุรีในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดนนทบุรี ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดนนทบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ สวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุด้านสังคม แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านอารมณ์ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านแรงงาน สิ่งของเงินทอง และบริการ มีข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย คือ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีมาตรการในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในด้านด้านเศรษฐกิจโดยเฉพาะในประเด็นการจัดหาสถานที่เพื่อสนับสนุนการจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มมากขึ้น และเพิ่มแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุด้านแรงงาน สิ่งของเงินทองและบริการโดยเฉพาะในประเด็นการได้รับความช่วยเหลือทางด้านการเงิน โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุด้านสังคม แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านอารมณ์ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านแรงงาน สิ่งของเงินทอง และบริการ เนื่องจากเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ

This research aims to study elderly welfare provision, social support for the elderly, quality of life of the elderly, and factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly in Nonthaburi Province. The research uses a quantitative approach. The variables studied include: 1) Elderly welfare provision in Thailand, divided into four aspects: life security, education, economy, and social aspects; 2) Social support for the elderly in Nonthaburi Province, which includes emotional support, labor support, financial and material support, and informational support; and 3) Quality of life of the elderly in Nonthaburi Province, covering physical, mental, social relationship, and environmental quality of life aspects. The sample consisted of 478 elderly individuals aged 60 and above, registered and residing in Nonthaburi Province. Multi-stage sampling was applied, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, with multiple regression analysis to identify factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly in Nonthaburi Province. The research findings revealed that: 1) Overall elderly welfare provision in Nonthaburi Province was at a moderate level; 2) Social support for the elderly in Nonthaburi Province was also at a moderate level; 3) The overall quality of life of the elderly in Nonthaburi Province was at a high level; and 4) Factors significantly influencing the quality of life of the elderly in Nonthaburi Province at the .05 level included social welfare provision, emotional social support, and social support in terms of labor, material, and financial services. The research suggests that relevant agencies should implement measures to enhance the economic aspect of the elderly's quality of life, especially by providing venues to support the sale of products from the elderly. It also recommends increasing social support for the elderly in terms of labor, material, and financial assistance, particularly financial support. Emphasis should be placed on social welfare provision, emotional support, and social support in labor, materials, and financial services, as these factors significantly influence the quality of life of the elderly.
