ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นปรีคลินิก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นปรีคลินิกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 243 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค (α) = 0.859 สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นบันได

ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นปรีคลินิกมีระดับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขทั้ง 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.42 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านเปิดประตูสู่ธรรมชาติรองลงมาด้านความมุ่งมั่นและ มั่นคง และด้านความรักความศรัทธา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขทั้ง 5 ปัจจัย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.51 รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านเพื่อน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม และปัจจัยด้านผู้สอน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.39, 0.37, 0.36 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นปรีคลินิก คือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านเพื่อน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขได้ร้อยละ 30.5 และสมการถดถอยในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ การเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข = 0.370 ด้านผู้เรียน + 0.198 ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม + 0.115 ด้านเพื่อน

The objectives of this research were to study the level of happiness and the factors affected towards learning with the happiness of Medical Students in Preclinical year. 243 the second and third-year medical student were a sample. Data were collected by a questionnaire which Cronbach’ s Alpha Coefficient (α) = 0.859 and analyzed by means, average deviation, correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis (stepwise). Research findings were as follows: The Medical Students in Preclinical year had high level of learning with happiness in 6 areas combined was found to be high, with average score of 3.42 the most average score were opening door to nature, willing and stability, love and faith. The relations between 5 factors affected towards learning with happiness were positive direction with significant at the .01 level: the factor with the most happiness in learning was the factor of learners with Correlation Coefficient at the .051 level, the factors of friends, the environment and instructors with Correlation Coefficient at the .039 , 0.37 and 0.36 level as follows. Factors affected towards learning with happiness have the factors to predict learning with happiness of Medical Students in Preclinical year was the learners, environment friends factors were able to make a prediction of 30.5% and regression equation of standard scores is Learning with Happiness = 0.370 learner factor + 0.198 environment factor + 0.115 peer factor.
