dc.description.abstractThe research aimed to design and develop the assessment instrument for evaluating the quality of educational multimedia for people with hearing impairment as the target group to make sure the educational multimedia developed for the target group would be full of quality and effectiveness. The developed assessment instrument was consisted of 10 evaluation frameworks with 66 questions each of questions was evaluated by 5 experts to gain the confidence that it can be measured precisely to the required contents. The questions were conducted through the Index of Item Objective Congruence: IOC then after the improvement process they were tested again and took to try out process with the student groups who have similar qualification to the target group.en_US
