การประเมินผลการวิจัยและพัฒนาภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่าง วิทยาลัยราชสุดา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กับสถาบันเทคโนโลยี พระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบผลการดำเนินงานด้านการวิจัยพัฒนา และความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ที่มีต่อโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างวิทยาลัยราชสุดา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กับสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบังด้านการวิจัยพัฒนา ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2548-2552

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเลือกแบบเจาะจงจาก อาจารย์ และนักศึกษาระดับมหาบัณฑิต ที่มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการความร่วมมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัยพัฒนาที่เกิดขึ้นในโครงการความร่วมมือจำนวน 17 คน (เป็นอาจารย์ 2 คน นักศึกษา 15 คน) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม 2553 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา โดยการหาค่าความถี่ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการดำเนินโครงการความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงระยะเวลา 4 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการออกแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ที่เน้นการเข้าถึงสภาพแวดล้อมของคนพิการ โดยมีผลงานวิจัยที่ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้นและได้รับการเผยแพร่ในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ 11 รายการ ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนรวม 217,450 บาท และมีสิ่งประดิษฐ์ที่ได้รับรางวัลในระดับชาติ และนานาชาติ 1 รายการ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีความคิดเห็นว่า โครงการความร่วมมือประสบความสำเร็จทั้งทางด้านการวิจัย การศึกษา การพัฒนานวัตกรรม และการสร้างจิตสำนึกด้านคนพิการให้เกิดขึ้นในสังคม แม้จะพบปัญหาอุปสรรคบ้างแต่ก็สามารถแก้ไขได้ นอกจากนี้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลยังให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่มีคุณค่าเกี่ยวกับโครงการความร่วมมือด้วย

กล่าวโดยสรุปโครงการความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ประสบผลสำเร็จ และโครงการลักษณะนี้ควรสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้งานด้านคนพิการได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the results of the cooperative research and development project between Ratchasuda College, Mahidol University and the Faculty of Architecture, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, from 2005 to 2009, and to collect the opinions and comments of students and faculty members on the project.

The population of this qualitative study consisted of lecturers and graduate students who participated in research and development projects under the cooperative project. The 17 informants (two faculty members and 15 students) of the study were selected by purposive sampling. The data were obtained from interviews with the informants and the analysis of the project documents between February 2009 to July 2010. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency) and content analysis.

Results showed that most research projects were completed within 4 years of the overall cooperative project and were related to architectural accessibility of persons with disabilities. Eleven projects were completed and published at the national and international levels, with total budget of 217,450 baht. A product developed under this project received awards at the national and international levels. According to interviews with the informants, they agreed that the project was successful in terms of research, education, innovation, and public awareness on disability. Even though several problems were encountered during the project, they were eventually resolved. The informants also gave valuable comments on the project.

In conclusion,it was a successful project and this kind of project should be supported for the sustainable development of services for persons with disabilities.
