ปัจจัยทํานายคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอว

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาอํานาจการทํานายของภาวะการทําหน้าที่ความแตกฉานทางสุขภาพ การจัดการตนเองความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย และการรับรู้การดูแลแบบบุคคลเป็นศูนย์กลาง ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอว รูปแบบการวิจัย : การหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทํานาย วิธีดําเนินการวิจัย : กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอว จํานวน 110 คน ที่มาตรวจติดตามหลังผ่าตัด ณ โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิต แบบวัดความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามการจัดการตนเอง แบบประเมินความแตกฉานทางสุขภาพ แบบประเมินการรับรู้การดูแลแบบบุคคลเป็นศูนย์กลาง แบบประเมินภาวะการทําหน้าที่วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสมการถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัย :กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับดี (X = .75) ภาวะการทําหน้าที่ความแตกฉานทางสุขภาพการจัดการตนเอง ความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย การรับรู้การดูแลแบบบุคคลเป็นศูนย์กลาง สามารถทํานายคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอวได้ร้อยละ 42.8 (R2= .428, F = 15.578, p < .05) สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ : พยาบาลควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมภาวะการทําหน้าที่การจัดการตนเอง ความแตกฉานทางสุขภาพ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย การรับรู้การดูแลแบบบุคคลเป็นศูนย์กลาง เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอวมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีต่อไป

Purpose: To study the influence of functional status, health literacy, self-management, patient engagement, perceived person-centered care on the quality of life of post-lumbar surgery patients. Design: A correlational predictive study. Methods: The sample consisted of 110 patients who had post-lumbar surgery and came for follow up at one tertiary referral hospital in Bangkok. Data were collected using questionnaires including a demographic data form, quality of life-8D, patient health engagement scale, patient activation measure 13, health literacy, consultation care measure, clinical symptoms of Japanese Orthopedic Association score. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions. Main findings: The findings showed that overall quality of life was good (X = .75). Functional status, health literacy, self-management, patient engagement, and perceived person-centered care could predict the quality of life of post-lumbar surgery patients by 42.8% (R2 = .428, F = 15.578, p < .05). Conclusion and recommendations: The researcher recommended that nurses should develop the program to promote functional status, health literacy, self-management, patient engagement, and perceived person-centered care in order to promote good quality of life of post-lumbar surgery patients.
