การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดค่ายเยาวชนเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจระหว่าง โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชนในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบการจัดค่ายเยาวชนเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจระหว่างโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรมและชุมชนในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งสามารถนำรูปแบบดังกล่าวไปพัฒนาการจัดค่าย เยาวชนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพต่อไป โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากเยาวชนผู้เข้าอบรม ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ เยาวชนที่กำลัง ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาชั้นปี ที่ 5 จากโรงเรียนในชุมชนเขตพื้นที่โดยรอบบริษัท พีทีที ฟี นอล จำกัด จ. ระยอง จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ การประเมินผลกิจกรรมผ่านหนังสือภาพประกอบการ เรียนรู้ และการแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดโครงการอย่างอิสระหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมแต่ละวัน พร้อมวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลหาค่าเฉลี่ยและร้อยละ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เยาวชนสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปสื่อสารต่อให้คนในครอบครัว ญาติพี่น้อง เพื่อน คุณครูที่โรงเรียน รับทราบได้ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่แนวทางการสร้างความเข้าใจระหว่างโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรมและชุมชนในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป ข้อเสนอแนะการจัดค่ายเยาวชนจำเป็นต้องอาศัยการสร้าง กระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมและควรมีการดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง อีกทั้งควรขยายผลการดำเนินโครงการไปสู่ โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชนอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ได้ผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในอนาคต

The objectives of this study were to analyze model development on a youth camp program in order to create understanding and sustainable cooperation between industry and community, which may be applied to the next efficacy youth camp program and positively affect how it is perceived by youth participants. The target group involved 100 students in grade 5 primary education in the community surrounding the area of PTT Phenol Company Limited, Rayong province. The research instruments were evaluations on homework from the book illustration and daily comments about the project. All details were used for collecting data that was further analyzed to find values including percentages and averages. The study found that the youth could apply the knowledge to family, relatives, friends, and teachers to facilitate understanding and sustainable cooperation between industry and community. This study suggests that the development of the youth camp requires this type of learning process and should be implemented continuously. Also, the project should be expanded to other communities and industries to achieve tangible results in the future.
