แนวปฏิบัติสำหรับสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 ในแผนกเอกซเรย์ ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก คณะแพทยศาสตร์ ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรค COVID-19 หรือ Coronavirus Disease 2019 ซึ่งเกิดจากการติดเชื้อไวรัสสายพันธุ์ SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) ได้แพร่ระบาดอย่างรวดเร็วทั่วโลก แผนกเอกซเรย์จึงจำเป็นต้องมีแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ COVID -19 เป็นมาตรการสำคัญ เพื่อให้บุคลากรในแผนกเอกซเรย์ที่เวียนปฏิบัติงานได้ปฏิบัติงานตามแนวทางเดียวกัน เมื่อต้องปฏิบัติงานเอกซเรย์เคลื่อนที่ และเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อนำภาพทางรังสีไปวินิจฉัยโรค ติดตามอาการผู้ป่วย และใช้เป็นข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการวางแผนการรักษาผู้ป่วยต่อไป เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการควบคุม และป้องกันการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น สอดคล้องกับนโยบายสาธารณสุขของประเทศ เมื่อบุคลากรในแผนกเอกซเรย์ให้บริการผู้ป่วยโดยปฏิบัติตามแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 นี้ จะช่วยควบคุมความเสี่ยงในการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ ส่งผลให้ลดการติดเชื้อของโรคทางเดินหายใจ และโรคอื่น ๆ ในแผนกเอกซเรย์ได้

Due tothe epidemic situation of COVID-19 orCoronavirus Disease 2019which is caused by infection with SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) it hasspread rapidly around the world. The X-ray department therefore requires guidelines for the COVID-19 epidemic as an important principle for personnel in the circulating X-ray department to operate have worked followthe same guidelines.When performing portable x-ray and computed tomography to take radiographic images for diagnosis monitor patient symptoms and used as additional information for further treatment planning. In order to promote control and prevent infection in the hospital to be more effective according to the country's public health policy. When X-ray department personnel are serving patients in accordance with these guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic. This will help control the risk of spreading the infection. As a result, it can reduce the infection of respiratory diseases and other diseases in the X-ray department.
