ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาหลังปริญญาต่อหลักสูตร ภาควิชาทันตกรรมเด็ก คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปีการศึกษา 2551 – 2555

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาหลังปริญญาที่มีต่อหลักสูตร ภาควิชาทันตกรรมเด็ก คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปีการศึกษา 2551 - 2555 ในด้านต่างๆ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน อาจารย์ผู้สอน เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลหลักสูตร ปัจจัยสนับสนุนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และชื่อเสียงของสถาบัน โดยการส่งแบบสอบถามปลายปิดทางไปรษณีย์ให้นักศึกษาหลังปริญญาทุกคน ทั้งหมด 75 คน ผู้วิจัยได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 63 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่โดยใช้สถิตเชิงพรรณนาด้วยค่าความถี่ และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษาหลังปริญญาทุกคนพึงพอใจมากและมากที่สุดในความรู้ทางวิชาการที่ได้รับจากหลักสูตรและส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจมากและมากที่สุดในเกือบทุกด้าน แต่กว่าครึ่งหนึ่งพึงพอใจปานกลางถึงน้อยที่สุดต่อการสนับสนุนเงินทุนวิจัย

The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of postgraduate student with course, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University, academic year 2008-2012, in five aspects which are curriculum, lecturers, course staff, supportive factors and facilities, and the reputation of institution. Sending the closed-end questionnaires by mail to a total of 75 postgraduate students. The 63 questionnaires (84%) have been returned to the researcher. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as frequency and percentage. The results showed that all postgraduate students were highly satisfied in all aspects, including the curriculum, lectures, course, staff, facilities, and reputation of the faculty. Specifically, the highest satisfied item was technical knowledge gained from the course. However, the least satisfied item was funding research support.
