การพัฒนาแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อการบริการพยาบาล

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและทดสอบความตรงของแบบสอบถามความ พึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อการบริการพยาบาล ซึ่งพัฒนาจากกรอบแนวคิดของแมคแดเนียลและจาก การทบทวนวรรณกรรม แบบสอบถามมี 15 ข้อ คำถามเป็นแบบสเกลประเมิน 5 ระดับ จากความ พึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด (1) จนถึงมากที่สุด (5) ทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ ทดสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างในผู้ป่วย จำนวน 146 คนที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกโรง พยาบาลชุมชน 2 แห่ง และโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย 1 แห่ง ผลการศึกษา พบว่าแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 ทดสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบด้วย principle component และหมุนแกนด้วยวิธี varimax ผลการทดสอบพบว่ามีองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 องค์ประกอบ อธิบายความแปรปรวนของข้อคำถามทั้ง 15 ข้อ ได้ร้อยละ 83.1 องค์ประกอบ ทั้ง 3 คือ ความพึงพอใจต่อ 1) ความห่วงใยเอื้ออาทร 2) การเข้าถึงการบริการ และ 3) ความสามารถ เชิงวิชาชีพ ผลการศึกษาสนับสนุนว่าแบบสอบถามมีความเที่ยงและมีความตรง และเป็น คุณลักษณะหลักของการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการต่อการบริการพยาบาล ดังนั้น จึง ควรมีการพัฒนาแบบสอบถามและนำไปทดสอบเพิ่มเติมในผู้รับบริการกลุ่มอื่นๆ

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate an assessment tool for measuring patient satisfaction with nursing care. The Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire (PSNQ) is a 15 item-questionnaire developed based on McDaniel’s framework and related literature. The PSNQ consisted of a 5-point Likert-like scale ranging from highly dissatisfied (1) to highly satisfied (5). Content validation was validated by experts. Construct validation was done by testing with 146 consenting patients recruited upon their visits at the outpatient clinics of two district hospitals and one university hospital. Results revealed that the internal consistency of the questionnaire was determined, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient for overall scales were .94. Using the principal components factor analysis with varimax rotation, factor loadings for the scale items were high on three factors explaining 83.1 % of variance in the remaining fifteen items. The factors were named: 1) Being Sympathy, 2) Accessibility to the Service and Care, and 3) Professional Competent. The study supports that the questionnaire is reliable and valid. Also, it can be core attributes of measuring patient satisfaction towards nursing care. Further instrumental development and validation studies in various groups of patients are suggested for the future study.
