Serial estrogen/creatinine ratio were performed in 2 normal pregnancies started from 24 wk of gestation in one and 26 wk in another. The tests were divided into 3 fractions, spot, overnight and 24 hr urinary samples. The estrogen/creatinine ratio were calculated. The ratios were compared with each other and with estrogen in 24 hr urine. The correlation coefficients were all within acceptable limits. The spot as well as the overnight could be substituted for the 24 hr collection.en_US
