Enables vital activity of company with proper planning, shaping, regulating and monitoring both the material and financial resource required for the flawless organizational goal achievements. This study provides the details of working capital management practice essential in the evolving company. Management of every asset, namely inventory management cash management, receivable management crucially needed finance management on an organization. This gives the wholly general understanding for the novices on working capital and management of assets and liabilities of the firm. This study analyzes the liquidity and working capital management in developing management company. The financial position analysis comprises the process of identification of monetary strength and dimness of the company based on working capital management.
