Abstract
Lotthanongine, a novel flavonoidal indole alkaloid, was isolated from the roots of Trigonostemon reidioides (Euphorbiaceae) together with afzelechin-(4α→8)-afzelechin. The structural elucidations were based on analysis of the spectroscopic data. © 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
