ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาต่อความสําเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดาของมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้วางแผนการตั้งครรภ์

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาต่อความสําเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดาของมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้วางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ รูปแบบการวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง วิธีดําเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ มารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้วางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ที่มารับบริการ ณ แผนกฝากครรภ์ หอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรม 1 และ 2 โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ อุบลราชธานี จํานวน 58 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน กลุ่มทดลอง 28 คน กลุ่มควบคุมจะได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติจากพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ส่วนกลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติจากพยาบาลวิชาชีพร่วมกับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาจากผู้วิจัย โดยการส่งเสริมจินตนาการเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการเป็นมารดา ให้ความรู้และฝึกทักษะในการสร้างสัมพันธภาพกับทารกและการดูแลทารก อภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และติดตามเยี่ยมทางโทรศัพท์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความสําเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดา และแบบบันทึกการให้คําแนะนําในระยะหลังคลอด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนด้วยการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาคะแนนความสําเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดาเมื่อ 4 สัปดาห์หลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ามารดาวัยรุ่นในกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p< .001) สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์สามารถนําโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาไปใช้ในมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้วางแผนการตั้งครรภ์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีความสําเร็จในบทบาทการเป็นมารดาในระยะเลี้ยงดูทารกต่อไป

Purpose:This study aimed to examine the effect of a maternal role promoting program on maternal role attainment in adolescent mothers with unplanned pregnancies. Design:A quasi-experimental design was employed.Method: The sample consisted of 58 adolescent mothers with unplanned pregnancies who attended the antenatal care clinic and the obstetric nursing department 1 and 2 at Sappasitthiprasong Hospital, Ubonratchatanee. They were divided into a control group (n = 30) and an experimental group (n = 28). The control group received only routine nursing care. The experimental group received routine nursing care and the maternal role promoting program by encouraging imagination about maternal roles, receiving knowledges and skills in building relationship and the infant and infant care, debate exchange the experience, and follow visit by phone. The instruments used in data collection were a personal data form, maternal role attainment questionnaire and postpartum advice records. The data was then analyzed for mean difference by using independent t-tests.Main findings: The results showed that after receiving the maternal role promoting program, adolescent mothers in the experimental group had maternal role attainment scores at 4 weeks postpartum at a rate significantly higher than those in the control group (p < .001). Conclusion and recommendations: Based on the finding of the study, it is recommended that the maternal role promoting program can promote maternal role attainment adolescent mothers with unplanned pregnancies for internalize the maternal role successfully during the baby rearing period.
