Abstract
© 2015 IEEE. Deployment of a femto cell network is one of the best ways to solve the areas which have some dead spots for wireless communication in macro cell network. However, we have to concern interferences because femto cells often share the same spectrum, which is calles as co-channel deployment, with their macro cell due to limitation. In this paper, we focus on co-tier interferences that occur between them and causes of signal quality degradation of each femto cells. As a result, we propose data rate's maximization of active femto cell to guarantee signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR). This benefits rate optimization planning with the consideration of key parameters, i.e. number of neighboring femto cells, interfering power, allowance SINR, spreading gain and background noise power.
