ปัจจัยทำนายความผาสุกในครอบครัวของสตรีที่มีความดันโลหิตสูงจากการตั้งครรภ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการทำนายของ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส และการรับรู้ ภาวะสุขภาพต่อความผาสุกในครอบครัวของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความดันโลหิตสูง โดยใช้ทฤษฎี การปรับตัวต่อภาวะวิกฤตของครอบครัวของแมคคับบินและคณะ เป็นพื้นฐานในการศึกษากลุ่ม ตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่ามีภาวะความดันโลหิตสูงจากการตั้งครรภ์ชนิดรุนแรง และรับไว้รักษาในโรงพยาบาลโดยการให้ยาลดความดันโลหิตหรือยาป้องกันภาวะ ชักจำนวน 82 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive sampling) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่ สมรส การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและความผาสุกในครอบครัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการถดถอย พหุคูณแบบบังคับเข้า (multiple regression: Enter Model) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แรงสนับสนุนทาง สังคม ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส และการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความผาสุกในครอบครัวของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความดันโลหิตสูงจากการตั้ง ครรภ์ได้ร้อยละ 43 โดยเฉพาะสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรสที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความผาสุกในครอบครัว ของสตรีตั้งครรภ์มากที่สุด ดังนั้น จึงควรมีการประเมินความผาสุกในครอบครัวและสัมพันธภาพ ระหว่างคู่สมรสในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มีความดันโลหิตสูงจากการตั้งครรภ์ที่รับไว้รักษาในโรงพยาบาล เพื่อวางแผนส่งเสริมสามีให้มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลสตรีตั้งครรภ์กลุ่มนี้ให้สามารถเผชิญความเครียด ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เกิดความผาสุกในครอบครัว

This descriptive research aimed to investigate the predictability of social support, self-esteem, marital relationship and perceived health on family well-being of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension. McCubbin’s theory of family crisis was used as the conceptual framework for the study. The study group consisted of 82 pregnant women who had been diagnosed with severe pregnancyinduced hypertension, and were admitted to the hospital. The subjects were recruited by means of purposive sampling, and data were elicited using the 5 questionnaires. Multiple regression with the Enter method was used to analyze the data. The study findings revealed that all study predictors (social support, self-esteem, marital relationship, perceived health, and family well-being) could predict family well-being of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension, accounting for 43 % of the variance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that staffs should assess both of the hospitalized pregnant women’s sense of family well-being and marital relationship in order to promote, support, and prepare family members, especially husbands, for participation in providing care for these pregnant women so that they could cope with stress properly, and family well-being could be enhanced.
