Not only learners, but also teachers, can benefit from receiving feedback. Student feedback provides important perspectives on the quality of instruction and assessment, which a medical faculty should not neglect. This chapter provides a description of how student feedback is obtained and used in one medical faculty in Thailand. The author shows evidence for and against the use of student feedback. The author then describes the medical education system in Thailand. The cultural differences between Thailand and western societies are also discussed. The author then shares the experience of the use of student feedback at the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. Examples are given to show how feedback has been obtained, and how it has been used to improve the medical curriculum in various aspects, including: individual teachers, teaching strategies, courses, curriculum, and the assessment approaches. The use of feedback is discussed both in the context of undergraduate education and postgraduate training.en_US
