ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์แพทย์และแพทย์ประจำบ้านที่มีต่อหุ่นจำลองฝึกทักษะการใส่เฝือกแขนตามทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์แพทย์ และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน ภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิคส์และกายภาพบำบัดที่มีต่อหุ่นจำลองฝึกทักษะการใส่เฝือกแขนตามทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรม ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์แพทย์ และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิคส์และกายภาพบำบัด ประจำปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 74 คน ได้ตอบความคิดเห็น 62 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.78% เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หุ่นจำลองฝึกทักษะการใส่เฝือกแขน แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน ทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติ Mann-Whitney U test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนมากเป็นแพทย์ประจำบ้าน ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานประมาณ 1-3 ปี ภาพรวมความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้งานหุ่นจำลองอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด หัวข้อที่มีความเห็นในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิด ค่านิยมหรือบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม ความยุ่งยากซับซ้อนในการเข้าใจ และการนำไปใช้ สามารถสังเกตเห็นผลที่จะเกิดขึ้นชัดเจน และประโยชน์ต่อผู้นำไปใช้ ในด้านที่สามารถนำไปทดลองใช้ได้จริงอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันสรุปได้ว่านวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองฝึกทักษะการใส่เฝือกแขนมีประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอน และสามารถช่วยให้ผู้เรียนฝึกทบทวนซ้ำได้ตามที่ต้องการ

The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of medical professors. and home doctor Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Physiotherapy towards a mannequin to practice the skills of arm splinting in accordance with the theory of innovation diffusion. The population in this research were medical professors and home doctors, grades 1-4, Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Physical Therapy for the academic year 2019, 74 people responded to 62 comments, representing 83.78%. The research instruments included a mannequin to practice hand splinting skills, an assessment form, and an opinion questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data are frequency, percentage, mean, and deviation. Test the hypothesis using the Mann-Whitney U test statistic. The results showed that Most of the respondents were resident physicians. Most of them have about 1-3 years of working experience. Overall, opinions on the use of the dummy were at the highest level. Topics with the highest level of opinion were conceptual conformity, social values ​​or norms, difficulty in understanding and its use. The results can be clearly observed, and benefits to users. In the aspect that can be used to try it in practice is at a very high level. The results of the comparison of the opinions were not different. It was concluded that the innovation of modeling exercises the skill of wearing arm splints was beneficial to teaching and can help learners to rehearse as needed.
