ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรม จากคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมจากคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล รวมถึงศึกษาพฤติกรรมการมารับบริการของผู้มารับบริการด้วยการแจกแบบสอบถามแก่ผู้มารับบริการจำนวน 400 ชุด โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test การทดสอบ one-way ANOVA และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD ผลการศึกษาพบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้มารับบริการทางทันตกรรมจากคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มีระดับการตัดสินใจในภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านสถานที่ ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรม พบว่า 1) ผู้มารับบริการทางทันตกรรมที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมในด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการให้บริการ และด้านกระบวนการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนด้านสถานที่ และด้านบุคลากรแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 2) ผู้มารับบริการทางทันตกรรมที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมในด้านกระบวนการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านสถานที่ และด้านบุคลากรแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 3) ผู้มารับบริการทางทันตกรรมที่มีสถานภาพส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมในด้านกระบวนการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านสถานที่ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 4) ผู้มารับบริการทางทันตกรรมที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านวุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมในด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านสถานที่ และด้านบุคลากรแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ และผลการสำรวจพฤติกรรมการมารับบริการของผู้มารับบริการ พบว่า 1) ผู้มารับบริการเลือกรับบริการทางทันตกรรมในระบบบริการมากที่สุด 2) ลักษณะการมารับบริการผู้มารับบริการจะมาเพื่อรับการรวจ/รักษาทันตกรรมทั่วไป ได้แก่ ขูดหินปูน อุดฟัน ถอนฟัน มากที่สุด 3) ผู้มารับบริการจะเป็นผู้ที่ตัดสินใจเลือกรับบริการด้วยตนเองมากที่สุด และ 4) วิธีการชำระค่าบำบัดรักษาส่วนใหญ่ผู้มารับบริการจะชำระเองด้วยเงินสด

The purposes of this research is to study and compare factors that influence decision making about getting dental treatment in Faculty of dentistry Mahidol University as well as studying the behavior of the patients receiving services from faculty by distributing survey to the patients amount of 400 copies. This survey used sampling statistic to analyze the data frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation test, one-way ANOVA test, and LSD at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The results of these studies found 5 consecutively factors that influence the decision making of dental patients from Faculty of dentistry Mahidol University. Those are Reliability of products, staffs, Processing and Establishment. The result of comparison analysis found factors that influence decision making for choosing dental services here as below; 1) Patients’ gender has influence on choosing dental services in terms of products reliability and different processing significantly but in terms of establishment and staffs are not significantly different. 2) Patients’ age has influence on choosing dental services in terms of different processing significantly but reliability of products, establishment and staffs are not significantly different. 3) Patients’ status has influence on choosing dental services in terms of different processing significantly but reliability of products, staffs, establishment are not significantly different. 4) Patients’ education, occupation and income also have influences on choosing dental services in terms of reliability of products, processing, and establishment but in terms of staffs are not significantly different. And the survey result of the behavior of the patients receiving services found that; 1) Patients choosing dental services with service’s system the most 2) Kind of taking services, patients come for general dental checkup and control such as teeth cleaning, filling, teeth removal the most. 3) Patients making decision for choosing services by themselves. 4) Method of payment, most of patients pay the fee by cash.
