dc.description.abstract | A simple approach to estimate the values of thermal lensing in diode end-pumped Nd:YVO4 and Nd:GdVO4 crystals for any experimental conditions is presented. It is based on the fact that dioptric power of thermal lensing linearly depends on the generalized thermo-optic coefficient. Knowledge of this coefficient allows not only to predict thermal lensing values but also to compare them from different experiments. | en_US |
