Abstract
© 2017 IEEE. The business environment has become fiercely competitive due to higher customer expectations. The fierce competition has forced companies to enhance their competitiveness which leads to a need of supply chain performance measurement. Its existing tool appropriate and used broadly for SMEs in Thailand is the supply chain assessment tool (SCPAT) of Banomyong and Supatn. The SCPAT is capable of quantitatively measuring and evaluating individual supply chain measures, but not considering their causal linkages as holistic system thinking. This paper aims to develop a CAusaL Linkage-based Systematic tool (CALLS) as an extension of the SCPAT. The developed CALLS were successfully validated in an industrial case. It provided suggestions based on sensitivity analyses to the causal supply chain measures.
