ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากรกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและ การแพทย์ทางเลือก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ กับทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากรกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 288 คน ที่ปฏิบัติงานมาแล้ว 6 เดือนขึ้นไป และไม่ได้ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นผู้บริหาร เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม ถึง สิงหาคม 2566 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบตอบด้วยตนเอง มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC = 1.0) และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในระดับสูง (α = 0.955, 0.935) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน และ ค่าควอร์ไทล์ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ที่นัยสำคัญทางสถติ <0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 4.02 ± 0.59) ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ อายุ (r = -0.25, p-value <0.001) ระดับการศึกษา (r = 0.12, p-value <0.039) จำนวนอุปกรณ์ดิจิทัลส่วนตัว (r = 0.27, p-value < 0.001) และการอบรมเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (r = 0.16, p-value <0.008) นอกจากนี้การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ได้แก่ MS Word (r = 0.116, p = 0.049) MS PowerPoint (r = 0.221, p = <0.001) ใช้ Electronic mail (r = 0.187, p = 0.001) ใช้ google สืบค้นข้อมูล (r = 0.231, p = 0.001) ใช้โปรแกรม HDC (r = 0.209, p = <0.001) และ โปรแกรมประชุมออนไลน์ (r = 0.151, p = 0.010) ผลวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะให้ผู้บริหารกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกวางแผนพัฒนาทักษะด้านดิจิทัลแก่บุคลากรโดยเน้นการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลให้ทั่วถึง

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to assess the digital skills level of personnel, and to examine the relationships between personal factors, computer program usage, and digital skills among personnel of the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine. The sample consisted of 288 personnel who had been employed for at least six months and were not in administrative positions. Data were collected between July and August 2023, using a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire showed excellent validity (IOC = 1.0) and reliability (α = 0.955, 0.935). Data were analyzed for descriptive statistics and inferential methods, including Spearman’s rank and point-biserial correlation coefficients. The results indicated that personnel had a high level of digital skills (Mean = 4.02 ± 0.59). Factors significantly associated with digital skills included age (r = -0.25, p-value <0.001), educational level (r = 0.12, p-value < 0.039), number of personal digital devices (r = 0.27, p-value < 0.001), and digital technology training (r = 0.16, p-value < 0.008). Additionally, the frequency of using MS Word (r = 0.116, p = 0.049), MS PowerPoint (r = 0.221, p < 0.001), email (r = 0.187, p = 0.001), Google for information searching (r = 0.231, p = 0.001), the HDC program (r = 0.209, p < 0.001), and online meeting platforms (r = 0.151, p = 0.010), were significantly correlated with the digital skills.. The findings suggest that administrators should enhance personnel’s digital skills by providing comprehensive digital training.
