การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักศึกษา พยาบาล 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของตัวบ่งชี้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นในด้านความเที่ยง และความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง และ3) สำรวจสภาพคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามตัวบ่งชี้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประชากร ตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลรามาธิบดีชั้นปีที่ 1, 2, 3, และ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 767 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 2 ครั้ง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล เว้นระยะห่าง 3 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงแบบวัดซ้ำ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS การวิเคราะห์ความตรงและความเที่ยง เชิงโครงสร้าง ด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญพบว่า ความเที่ยงแบบวัดซ้ำของแบบสอบถาม มีค่าค่อนข้างสูง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคของตัวบ่งชี้ส่วนใหญ่มีค่าสูง ยกเว้นความ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและความมีวินัย โมเดลการวัดคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง โดยมี ความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดี ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของทุกตัวบ่งชี้มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ ตัวบ่งชี้ที่มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญมากที่สุดคือ ความรับผิดชอบเชิงวิชาชีพ รองลงมาคือ ความเอื้ออาทร ความร่วมมือ ความยุติธรรม ความมีกาลเทศะ ความเมตตากรุณา ความอดทน ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความมีวินัย และความตรงต่อเวลา ตามลำดับ ความเที่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างของ ทุกตัวบ่งชี้มีค่าปานกลางถึงสูง ผลการสำรวจสภาพคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลพบว่า นักศึกษารับรู้ว่าตนเองมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างไรก็ตาม นักศึกษาประเมิน ตนเองว่า มีความอดทนต่ำสุด ในขณะที่มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตสูงสุด ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะ ในการนำตัวบ่งชี้คุณธรรมจริยธรรมไปใช้กำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการประเมิน และศึกษาแนวโน้มการ เปลี่ยนแปลงระดับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the moral virtue indicators for nursing students, 2) to examine the reliability and construct validity of the developed indicators, and 3) to survey the state of moral virtue of nursing students following the developed indicators. The accessible population was 767 first-year, second-year, third-year, and fourth-year Ramathibodi nursing students in the academic year 2008. Data were collected twice with a 3-week interval using the Nursing Students Moral Virtue Questionnaire. Data analyses used descriptive statistics, test-retest reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients using the SPSS program. Construct validity and construct reliability were analyzed using the LISREL program. The major findings revealed that test-retest reliability of the Nursing Students Moral Virtue Questionnaire was in a rather high level. Almost all of the moral virtue indicators provide Cronbach’s alpha coefficients in a high level, excepting the fidelity and discipline. The measurement model of moral virtue had a construct validity and fitted nicely to the empirical data. All factor loadings were statistical significance. The most important indicator was professional responsibility followed by caring, cooperation, justice, propriety, kindness, patience, fidelity, discipline, and punctuality. The construct reliability of ten indicators varied from moderate to high. The state of moral virtue of nursing students showed that the moral virtue was perceived by students in a high level. However, patience was perceived as the lowest level, whereas honesty was perceived as the highest level. The present findings provide valid and reliable moral virtue indicators and support for the use of indicators for establishing evaluation strategies and studying the trend of change in the level of moral virtue of nursing students.
