โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติ (Community of Practice:
CoP) เกี่ยวกับประเด็นด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่ขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย
ศัลยกรรม และสร้างนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างอาจารย์พยาบาลผ่านการสอนภาคปฏิบัติ
เกี่ยวกับประเด็นคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 4 เดือน ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม
พ.ศ. 2552 ถึงสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2552 โดยเลือกประเด็นปัญหาทางจริยธรรมที่สำคัญและพบบ่อย
3 ประเด็นคือ การตรงต่อเวลา การไม่เปิดเผยร่างกายผู้ป่วย และการแต่งกาย ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ
เป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลจากงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ฯ ซึ่งสอนภาคปฏิบัติภาคการศึกษาที่ 1
ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 10 ราย ดำเนินการโดยจัดประชุมอาจารย์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน
4 ครั้ง ถอดบทเรียนจากการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ได้ประเด็นดังนี้ 1) บริบทของปัญหาจริยธรรม
ที่พบเมื่อนักศึกษาขึ้นฝึกภาคปฏิบัติในหอผู้ป่วย 2) ครูผู้สอนภาคปฏิบัติในหอผู้ป่วย: ผู้เชื่อมโยง
ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติให้นักศึกษามีความรู้คู่คุณธรรม 3) ตัวอย่างที่ดีมีค่ากว่าคำสอน 4) การมี
ส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง: หัวใจสำคัญของการแก้ปัญหา และ 5) เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ของเพื่อน:
ทางลัดสู่ความสำเร็จ ซึ่งสามารถนำมาสรุปเป็นแนวทางในการสอนจริยธรรม โครงการนี้เป็นจุด
เริ่มต้นที่กระต้นให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งอาจารย์และนักศึกษาตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ
ประเด็นทางจริยธรรม เกิดการสร้างนวัตกรรมในการเรียนการสอน และเป็นกลุ่มสนับสนุนทาง
สังคม สร้างกำลังใจในการพัฒนาการสอนซึ่งเป็นงานประจำให้มีคุณภาพดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
This project aimed to develop community of practice (CoP) among nurse instructors about ethical issues of nursing students during clinical practice in surgical wards and to create teaching innovation related to ethical issues. The project had been conducted for 4 months from May 2009 to August 2009 in 10 nurse instructors in the surgical division by sharing their teaching experiences about clinical teaching on three common and important ethical issues: being on time, non-disclosure of the patient’s body, and personal appearance. After 4 meetings among the nurse instructors, the teaching experiences were concluded as follows: 1) contexts and ethical problems during clinical practice, 2) nurse instructors bridged the gaps from theory to clinical practice, 3) good examples were more valuable than words, 4) participations were the key to solve the ethical problems, and 5) learning from peer group experiences was a shortcut to success, which could be subsequently summarized as ethical teaching guidelines. This project is an initiative to raise an awareness of nurse instructors and students about ethical issues during clinical practice, to create teaching innovations, and to establish a community of practice for sharing their teaching experiences, which serve as a peer group support in improving the quality of routine teaching and learning process.
