ผลของกลุ่มส่งเสริมการปรับตัวทางสังคมโดยใช้เทคนิคละครจิตบำบัดในนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวก่อน-หลัง เพื่อศึกษาผลของ กลุ่มส่งเสริมการปรับตัวทางสังคมโดยใช้เทคนิคละครจิตบำบัดต่อการปรับตัวทางสังคมใน นักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสถาบัน การศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 9 ราย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เข้าร่วมกลุ่มส่งเสริมการปรับตัวทางสังคมโดยใช้เทคนิคละครจิตบำบัด ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรม กลุ่มจำนวน 11 ครั้ง ใช้เวลาในการทำกลุ่มสัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้งๆ ละ 2 ชั่วโมง ติดต่อกัน 6 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบประเมินการปรับตัวทางสังคม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ และสถิติ Dependent t- test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หลังการ เข้าร่วมกลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการปรับตัวทางสังคมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมกลุ่มอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านมาตรฐานทางสังคม ด้านทักษะทาง สังคม ด้านแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมต่อต้านสังคม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว ด้านความสัมพันธ์ ในสถานศึกษา และด้านความสัมพันธ์ในชุมชนที่อยู่อาศัย ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ ใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างการปรับตัวทางสังคมในนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยพิจารณาบริบทของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ร่วมด้วยเพื่อให้การนำไปใช้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

This quasi experimental one group pre-posttest research design aimed to investigate the effect of the social adjustment promoting group using psychodrama techniques on social adjustments in nursing students. Nine participants were the thirdyear nursing students studying at a nursing institute in a university during the academic year 2009. The social adjustment promoting group using psychodrama techniques consisted of eleven 2-hour sessions which were implemented 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks. The research instrument used to collect the data was the Social Adjustment Scale. Descriptive statistics and Dependent t- test were utilized for data analysis. The results revealed that after participating in the social adjustment promoting group using psychodrama techniques, the participants had statistically significant mean score of the overall and each of six aspects of social adjustments, social standards, social skills, antisocial tendencies, the family relations, the school relations, and the community relations higher than those before participating in this group. The lessons learned from the study can be applied to enhance social adjustments among nursing students. However, it is recommended that nursing students’ contexts should be taken into consideration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of this intervention.
