ผลของการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดต่อคุณภาพบันทึกทางการพยาบาล ห้องผ่าตัดศัลยศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้โปรแกรม คอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดต่อคุณภาพบันทึกทางการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยศาสตร์ งานการพยาบาลผ่าตัด คณะแพทยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 30 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดและแบบสอบถามคุณภาพบันทึกทางการพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพบันทึกทางการพยาบาล หลังการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การนำโปรแกรม คอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับบันทึกทางการพยาบาลผ่าตัดมาใช้ ช่วยให้การส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยเป็นไปอย่าง รวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ลดความซํ้าซ้อนในการจดบันทึก เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้บริหารในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล ได้ตลอดเวลา และสามารถใช้ข้อมูลเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการต่อไปได้

The purpose of this quasi experimental research was to study the effect of implementing computerized perioperative nursing record program on the quality of nursing records. Research subjects consisted of 30 professional nurses working in surgical operating rooms, perioperative nursing division, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. Research instruments included the computerized perioperative nursing record program and the quality of nursing record questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Paired t–test. The major finding of the present study showed a significant increase in the quality of nursing record after the implementation of the computerized perioperative nursing record program. The computerized perioperative nursing record program help nurses transfer patients’ data quickly and correctly and reduce the repeated documentation. The program could allow the administrators to access nursing information at anytime and to use the information as the guideline for further management.
