การรับรู้ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ก่อนปริญญาต่อบรรยากาศทางการศึกษา ในรายวิชาวิสัญญีวิทยาโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม Dreem

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ก่อนปริญญาต่อบรรยากาศทางการศึกษาในรายวิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งแบบตัดขวาง โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม DREEM 50 ข้อ เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 ปีการศึกษา 2559 -2560 ที่ผ่านการเรียนการสอนและปฏิบัติงานในภาควิชาวิสัญญีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มาเป็นระยะเวลา 3 สัปดาห์ ของตารางหมุนเวียน (Rotation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีนักศึกษาแพทย์ก่อนปริญญาส่งแบบสอบถามกลับที่มีข้อมูลครบถ้วน 128 คน จากทั้งหมด 149 คน (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.90) คะแนนในภาพรวมทั้งหมดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.5 (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 143.09/200) ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่านักศึกษามีความเห็นต่อบรรยากาศทางการศึกษาในด้านบวกมากกว่าด้านลบ เมื่อวิเคราะห์ทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ความรู้สึกต่ออาจารย์ผู้สอนมีคะแนนสูงสุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.93 (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 33.41/44) ในขณะที่ความรู้สึกต่อตนเองด้านสังคมได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 18.82/28, ร้อยละ 67.21)

The purpose of this research is to study the perception of Undergraduate Medical Students on the Educational Environment in Anesthesia Course. This study is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The five subscales 50-item DREEM questionnaire was administered to the 5th year undergraduate medical students in Academic year 2016-2017 who completed at all 3 weeks studying their clinical rotations in department of Anesthesia faculty of medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. The results found that there were 128 of 149undergraduate medical students responded completed questionnaires to the inventory (response rate 85.90%). The overall total mean DREEM score was 143.09/200 (71.5%) which indicated more positive than negative perceptions. With regards to the assessment of each subdomain, perceptions of teachers was highest with mean percentages of 75.93 (mean score 33.41/44). Instead, Students’social self-perception was the lowest (mean score 18.82/28, 67.21%).
